PM Internship Scheme 2026: युवाओं के लिए इंटर्नशिप के जरिए काम सीखने और अपने करियर को बेहतर बनाने का अच्छा मौका सामने आया है। Prime Minister Internship Scheme (PMIS) 2026 के तहत Cochin Shipyard Limited में कुल 227 internship seats के लिए अवसर जारी किए गए हैं।
इसमें खास बात यह है कि केवल graduate candidates ही नहीं, बल्कि 10वीं पास, 12वीं, ITI, Diploma, Graduate और Postgraduate उम्मीदवार भी अपनी qualification के अनुसार internship के लिए आवेदन कर सकते हैं। चयनित उम्मीदवारों को Kochi, Kerala में 9 महीने की internship करनी होगी।

PM Internship Scheme 2026 क्या है?
Prime Minister Internship Scheme के तहत युवाओं को अलग-अलग सरकारी और बड़ी कंपनियों में practical work experience हासिल करने का अवसर दिया जाता है। इस बार Cochin Shipyard Limited में 227 internship opportunities दी गई हैं।
इनमें technical trades के साथ-साथ clerical, engineering, nursing, pharmacy और Hindi जैसी अलग-अलग fields को भी शामिल किया गया है।
यह ध्यान रखना जरूरी है कि PM Internship Scheme कोई permanent government job नहीं है। यह एक internship programme है और इसकी अवधि पूरी होने के बाद Cochin Shipyard में permanent employment मिलने की गारंटी नहीं है।

PM Internship Scheme 2026 10वीं पास उम्मीदवारों के लिए भी मौका
अगर आपने केवल 10वीं/SSLC पास की है, तो भी इस internship programme में आपके लिए अवसर है। इस category में कुल 80 seats हैं।इनमें Grinder Intern, Painter Intern और Scaffolder Intern जैसे roles शामिल हैं।
इन positions के लिए चयनित candidates को ₹11,000 प्रति महीने का stipend मिलेगा।इसलिए जिन युवाओं ने अभी 10वीं के बाद अपनी पढ़ाई आगे नहीं बढ़ाई है, उनके लिए practical experience हासिल करने का यह अच्छा अवसर हो सकता है।
ITI वालों के लिए 92 Internship Seats
ITI candidates के लिए 92 seats रखी गई हैं। ये seats अलग-अलग technical trades में हैं, इसलिए संबंधित trade में ITI certificate रखने वाले उम्मीदवार अपनी eligibility के अनुसार apply कर सकते हैं।
Electrician, Fitter, Welder, Machinist, Electronic Mechanic, Sheet Metal Worker, Marine Fitter और अन्य trades को इसमें शामिल किया गया है। ITI category में selected interns को ₹11,000 monthly stipend दिया जाएगा।
Diploma Candidates के लिए भी Opportunity
Diploma holders के लिए Cochin Shipyard में कुल 16 internship seats हैं। ये seats Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering और Mechanical Engineering जैसी disciplines में हैं।
इसके अलावा Catering/Hotel Management, Pharmacy और Nursing से जुड़े diploma candidates के लिए भी अवसर दिया गया है। Diploma category में monthly stipend ₹13,000 है।
Graduates के लिए PM Internship Scheme
Graduate candidates के लिए कुल 11 Clerical internship seats उपलब्ध हैं। निर्धारित eligibility के अनुसार BA, B.Sc., B.Com., BBA और BCA जैसी qualifications वाले candidates इस category में शामिल हैं।
हालांकि सभी graduate qualifications eligible नहीं हैं। दिए गए notification details के अनुसार Performing Arts और B.Tech qualifications को इस particular Graduate internship category से बाहर रखा गया है।
Postgraduate Candidates के लिए 1 Seat
Postgraduate category में Hindi के लिए एक internship seat रखी गई है। इसके लिए MA Hindi या MA Hindi with Translation की निर्धारित qualification बताई गई है।इस category में भी stipend ₹13,000 प्रति महीने है।
PM Internship Scheme 2026 Eligibility
PM Internship Scheme 2026 के लिए सामान्य age limit 18 से 25 वर्ष रखी गई है। इसके साथ candidate को जिस internship category के लिए आवेदन करना है, उसकी educational qualification भी पूरी करनी होगी।ITI trade के लिए 10वीं के साथ संबंधित ITI National Trade Certificate की जरूरत है।
SSLC category के लिए 10वीं पास होना जरूरी है, जबकि HSE/ITI category में 12वीं/HSE या ITI NTC qualification बताई गई है।Diploma, Graduation और Post Graduation categories के लिए अलग-अलग prescribed qualifications लागू हैं।
कौन नहीं कर सकता PM Internship Scheme के लिए Apply?
इस internship programme में कुछ candidates को eligibility conditions के तहत बाहर रखा गया है। इसलिए सिर्फ age और qualification देखकर application submit नहीं करना चाहिए।
उदाहरण के लिए, कुछ प्रमुख institutions से graduate या postgraduate candidates, CA, CMA, CS, MBBS, BDS, MD, MS, MBA, MPhil या PhD जैसी qualifications रखने वाले candidates निर्धारित conditions के अनुसार eligible नहीं हैं।
इसके अलावा जो candidate पहले से किसी Central या State Government skill development, apprenticeship, internship या training programme में शामिल हैं, वे भी इस opportunity के लिए eligible नहीं बताए गए हैं।
Family income और government employment से जुड़ी conditions भी लागू हैं। इसलिए आवेदन करने से पहले इन सभी eligibility conditions को ध्यान से पढ़ना जरूरी है।
PM Internship Scheme 2026 Stipend
इस programme में stipend qualification के हिसाब से अलग-अलग है। 10वीं, ITI और HSE/ITI candidates को ₹11,000 प्रति महीने, जबकि Diploma, Graduate और Postgraduate candidates को ₹13,000 प्रति महीने stipend दिया जाएगा।
यह stipend Government of India के applicable DBT contribution को शामिल करता है। हालांकि candidates को यह भी ध्यान रखना चाहिए कि Cochin Shipyard की ओर से travel expenses नहीं दिए जाएंगे और boarding तथा lodging की सुविधा भी उपलब्ध नहीं होगी।
PM Internship Scheme Selection Process
इस internship के लिए किसी अलग written examination का उल्लेख नहीं किया गया है। उम्मीदवारों को उनकी prescribed qualification में प्राप्त marks के percentage के आधार पर initially shortlist किया जाएगा।
अगर दो candidates के marks percentage समान होते हैं, तो relative merit तय करने के लिए अधिक उम्र वाले candidate को seniority दी जाएगी।
Selection process में merit-based shortlisting के बाद internship offer, certificate verification, medical fitness और provisional induction जैसे stages शामिल हैं।
PM Internship Scheme 2026 Application Fee
इस internship programme की सबसे अच्छी बातों में से एक यह है कि आवेदन करने के लिए कोई application fee नहीं है।अर्थात सभी eligible candidates बिना किसी application fee के PMIS portal के माध्यम से आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
PM Internship Scheme 2026 में Apply कैसे करें?
PM Internship Scheme के लिए आवेदन online PMIS portal के जरिए किया जाएगा। Candidates को सबसे पहले official portal पर जाकर candidate registration और profile से जुड़ी प्रक्रिया पूरी करनी होगी।
इसके बाद उपलब्ध internship opportunities में Cochin Shipyard Limited को search करके अपनी qualification के अनुसार internship select करनी होगी।
Application में marks भरते समय खास सावधानी रखें, क्योंकि qualification percentage के आधार पर shortlisting की जाएगी। इसके बाद जरूरी certificates upload करके application submit करनी होगी।
Application submit करने के बाद candidates को अपने PMIS account को समय-समय पर check करते रहना चाहिए, क्योंकि shortlisting और internship offer से जुड़ी जानकारी portal के माध्यम से दी जाएगी।
